Why was my payment declined?
If you are having trouble paying with a credit or debit card, the decline may be caused by one or more of the following reasons:
The cardholder's name and address do not match the billing information. Make sure all details, such as the card number, expiration date, and CVV code, are entered correctly, and check that the name and billing address match exactly what appears on your card statement.
We require the use of a credit or debit card issued by a U.S. bank or financial institution, or your card is not authorized for international payments (ICOICE and all transactions are processed in the United States).
Your card has reached its limit for internet transactions.
The transaction page has timed out.
You left the page before completing the checkout process.
Regarding Alipay/WeChat, please note the following:
Alipay and WeChat can currently only accept payments from users registered in mainland China. This means that if you are using Alipay or WeChat registered in overseas regions, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, you will not be able to use these payment methods. We recommend that you pay by credit card or debit card instead.
